Yes again, it's booked, it's definite, it's happening - in 2017 there will again
be a Chiddingly Horse Show, Gymkhana
and Fun Dog Show at Hale Farm, Chiddingly, near Lewes, East Sussex BN8 6HQ
- just as there was last year in 2016.

The Horse Show - a friendly fun Show for riders of all ages and abilities. To include:
Novice Corner and Gymkhana events, Mountain & Moorland, Handy Pony, Clear
Fancy Dress, Thelwell Pony, Youngstock, Coloureds and Veterans.

at All England Showground, Hickstead on September 14th - 17th.
The Sunshine Tour is a fun and exciting National Championship Series for
unaffiliated and amateur
competitors of all ages and abilities. The Championships are held on the ‘hallowed

At Chiddingly Show this year we are hosting 4 Qualifying classes:
• 5 Open Jumping
• 13 Riding Club Horse
• 22 Ridden Mountain & Moorland – Small Breeds
• 23 Ridden Mountain & Moorland – Large Breeds
• 28 Best Rider 16 years and under on day of show
To qualify: 1st to 4th placed in show jumping & showing.

The Fun Dog Show
Pedigree Classes start at 1pm in Ring 1 - entry fees payable at ringside.
The Novelty Classes start at 2.30pm in Ring 2, entry fees payable at

Spectators: car parking will cost
£3 per car. There are
refreshment vans on site, an ice cream van and stalls selling various
cakes and edibles. There may well be also stalls selling equine and canine
needs and accessories. There are toilets on site
accessible by wheelchairs. First Aid for all is also provided on site by the Red

£50 cash and
the 2nd prize a locally-grown free-range fresh turkey for Christmas.
Stalls, refreshments, the raffle, First Aid and toilets are all located
around and close by the Secretary's marquee.
Safety: all the Rings, the main gate, the First Aid post and the
Secretary's marquee are linked during the whole of the day by walkie-talkie.
